Cat. III: standard double room: double room with double bed, corner unit, Sat-TV and Shower/WC for max. 2 adults and 1 child

Cat. Ia: Apartment: big Apartments with 2 separate sleeping rooms, 2 double beds, bed sofa, corner unit, safe, hair drier, Shower/WC and Sat-TV for max. 6 persons

 

Children reduction in the room there 2 full paying parents:

0 – 9,9 years free

10 – 14,9 years 50% reduction on the day price

15 – 17,9 years 20% reduction on the day price

Important for the Children reduction
is the age from the child by the arrival!

 

In our prices are following services are included:

  • Dinner (salad – and starters buffet, soup, 3-main menus to choose, dessert and children menu) and a rich breakfast buffet

Children in the own room or apartment from 0-17,9 years:

20 % reduction on the list price

 

Extra bed for adults in double room, comfort double room or apartment:

10 % reduction on the list price

Our prices are per person and day incl. all taxes and duties.

 

Cancellation condition:

By a cancellation of your stay in our house, we have to following fees into account:

3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation fees from the total price

3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40 % cancellation fee of the total price

1 month ton 1 week before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee of the total price

In the last week before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee of the total price
